We will be pleased to return or exchange, any item purchased Through Onlydeal.com within the stipulated time-period, provided they are in intact position, unused, not in any way physically damaged, alongside their original tags and condition intact.
A refund will be initiated, in terms of return only when the product reaches the warehouse and found to be fit as per the above return parameters. In the case of an exchange, only size exchange is permissible.
How to place a return request?
- Log in to the My Accounts sections and click on the exchange or return, button, whichever is applicable, within the specified time frame.
- Please ensure that the product is unused, with its original tags and intact condition.
- Select your reason to return and the right address for pick up and set up your mode of return.
- Our delivery partner may pick up the parcel from the address mentioned in your return request, within 48 hours. Please ensure that you handover the right/ product ready to handover.
- You will be provided a transaction ID for your reference and track your order status.
- All return/ exchange products will go for a quality check, once it reaches the warehouse. You may receive a mail confirmation regarding the same and your refund will be preceded after that with 7 working days.
One may note that all the products listed on this website might have different clauses and time-period for return or exchange. Do read and refer to the RETURN POLICY of the website before making any purchases.

Do not accept any product with open packaging, as if the product is found to be faulty or wrong, we might not be able to process your return/exchange requests. For gadgets and appliances, that may need installation by or service partners, do not open the packaging by yourself, the service personnel may help you unbox and install the product properly alongside giving the instruction manual.
